As the first day of "Mission: Eatting Healthy" begins, I wanted to share my daughter's lunch. While she always has been a healthy eatter, the type of toddler that prefers hummus over pasta, I'm going to make a better effort to have fresh fruits and vegitables all preped and readyto go, to make lunchtime and snack time less stressful.
Today's Lunch: Carrots/celery with lite ranch "dippy", greek blueberry yogurt with some extra blue berries, and some pretzels. She seems to really enjoy it and hopefully will keep her full and energized through out the afternoon!
